Symptom

  • EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer is running with errors only for the services below:

      Data Services View Data Service    ---- It is also only used for SAP Information Steward
      Information Steward Application Service
      Information Steward Metadata Integrator Service
      Information Steward Metadata Search Service
      Information Steward Administrative Task Service
      Information Steward Data Review Service

    1. All services running with error belongs to SAP Information Steward Application.
    2. There is no function error, only EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer running with error as State on CMC > Server > Servers List.
    3. Restart Server Intelligent Agent (SIA) does not solve this incident.
