3463210 - How to Have the Purchase Order Acknowledgement via API to the System

Is there any way to generate a Purchase Order Acknowledgement via Web Service in the system?

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Service Explorer view.

The WSDL for "Manage Purchase Order Confirmation" is not available. 

Currently the Communication Scenario for this specific Web Service is not available. Therefore, a Communication Scenario must be setup to allow for the creation of a Communication Arrangement. Then the Manage Purchase Order Confirmation WSDL will be available in the Communication Arrangement view. 

Firstly, follow the steps to create the Communication Scenario 'Purchase Order Integration'. 

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Communication Scenarios view.
3. Click in New button.
4. In Communication Scenario field, name it "Purchase Order Integration". 
5. Click in Add Operations button.
6. Search for Manage Purchase Order Confirmation. 
7. Select it and click in Ok. 
8. Click in Save and Close button. 

Following this, the Communication Scenario that was just created will appear in the list of Scenarios when creating a Communication Arrangement. 

Secondly, please follow the steps to download the WSDL:

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Communication Arrangements view.
3. Select communication scenario 'Purchase Order Integration'.
4. Click in Edit button.
5. Navigate to Technical Data tab.
6. In the Header, click in Edit Advanced Settings button.
7. Navigate to Inbound subtab.
8. In Inbound Communications, select service 'Purchase Order Acknowledgment'. 
9. Click in Download WSDL button.
