3463232 - How to re-name the name from the AskHR tab?

You noticed your AskHR tab when opening is displaying a default name like: preview, production or something else, and would like to change that name. 

It opens as shown below:

Default configuration from the App inside the Extension Center.

To re-name that, you need to follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Extension Center
2. Click in the 'link' button of the configured extension of your ECSC integration
3. Click in 'edit' button for the page tile from your ECSC
4. In the left panel configuration, Go to 'Content Management' and then click 'Apps'
5. Those Apps are the pages configured in your AskHR, so click in the one that says 'production' (or the name that is currently appearing to you)
6. Then, the 'App Title' is the name of the page that should be displayed when opening AskHR. 
7. You can re-name it as you please, then click 'Save' after re-naming it. 
8. For the changes to be applied in your AskHR, please click in the Globe icon in the top right menu, and then click 'Publish'
9. After re-login to SF, the changes will be applied. 

PS: if you don't Publish the changes in the right top menu, they won't be applied.
