3463234 - Commitments are not displayed in app 'Project Cost Report - Overview'

Commitments of Purchase Orders are not displayed and/or show value '0' in the 'Commitments in Project Currency' column of Project Cost Report - Overview app.

S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition

1. Create a Purchase Order in a Project and assign a Commitment to it;
2. Run Fiori app 'Project Cost Report - Overview';
3. Input the Project in which the PO was created;
4. Fill the Planning category 1: Plan;
5. Fill the Planning category 2: Project Budget and click 'Go';
6. Under the 'Commitments in project Currency' column, notice that the Commitment will be display as '0'.

The Scope Item Predictive Commitments Management (2I3) is not activated in the current system.

In order to be able to see the Commitments in the 'Project Cost Report - Overview' app, it is necessary to have this Scope Item activated.

Scope Item 2I3 is a non-standard feature. Therefore, its activation must be done manually. Once the activation is completed, users should be able to check the correct Commitment values in 'Project Cost Report - Overview' app.
