3463241 - Date Range in General Ledger Reporting Apps appears incorrect.

• When specifying a date range within General Ledger Reporting apps the range appears to be incorrect.  For example the Posting Date range "Last Fiscal Year" appears as 31/12/2022-31/12/2023 whereas the correct value should be 01/01/2023-31/12/2023.
• Effected apps include Display Line Items in General Ledger and other G/L reporting apps. 
• Date range is misleading.

1. Display Line Items in General app.
2. Input Ledger, Company Code, Status; All Items.
3. Posting Date; Last Fiscal Year (12/31/2022 – 12/30/2023).
4. Posting Date range is incorrect (01/01/2023 - 12/31/2023).

Known error within CE2308. The user settings for the timezone, which each user can configure through the settings by clicking on the user icon in the upper right corner, are not taken into account correctly when calculating the date ranges for the fiscal periods.

Users will find inconsistencies whenever the configured timezone is different from the timezone of the browser and the timezone has winter/summer time.

We currently expect that a resolution with a code correction will be available in your system with hotfix collection 8 on the weekend of May 5.

As a temporary workaround, the user can set the timezone to the same timezone as his browser (typically the browser has by default the same timezone as the operating system) or has to select the dates manually.
