3463241 - Date Range in General Ledger Reporting Apps appears incorrect.

• When specifying a date range within General Ledger Reporting apps the range appears to be incorrect.  For example the Posting Date range "Last Fiscal Year" appears as 31/12/2022-31/12/2023 whereas the correct value should be 01/01/2023-31/12/2023.
• Effected apps include Display Line Items in General Ledger and other G/L reporting apps. 
• Date range is misleading.
