Error occurs when configuring Candidate Profile Background Elements as Displayable.

• outsideWorkExperience is not a displayable field.
• insideWorkExperience is not a displayable field.
• education is not a displayable field.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage Data.
2. In the 1st search field, select Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration.
3. In the 2nd search field, select the available record of List Page Type: JOB APPLICATION.
4. Click Take Action > Make Correction.
5. Add a background-element id and set Displayable to Yes.
6. Click Save.
7. An error is displayed: "outsideWorkExperience is not a displayable field."

Configuration of the elements/data-fields within a background element is not supported in MDF Object.

It does not support configuring the elements/data-fields within a background element as display columns. It only supports configuring background elements as filter options.
