3463316 - Opportunity's Probability Does Not Change Automatically According to Its Sales Phase in Sales Cloud Version 2

If the Opportunity's Probability is manually altered, the system does not automatically update it when the Sales Phase is modified.

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Select Guided Selling view.
3. In the Guided Selling view, locate and open the desired opportunity.
4. Change the Sales Phase.
5. The opportunity's Probability does not get updated.

You have changed the Probability manually.

This behavior is to be expected. When the automatic probability is manually changed, it indicates that the opportunity no longer adheres to the default rules, and as a result, the system will no longer make any updates.
