- Pay component gets deleted in Workflow.
- Customer did some changes via MSS and saved the record and a workflow gets triggered. Inside this workflow a Pay Component which was not changed via the MSS transaction is crossed out (deleted).

Cause
Customer has configured a onSave rule which deleted the Pay Component. This rule is a onSave rule, the Pay Component will be deleted after user saved the changes in MSS transaction and workflow is triggered. Hence, the Pay Component is crossed out/greyed out/appears deleted in the Workflow request.
Resolution
Customer needs to change the rule according to their needs. Cross check if any onSave rule exists which might be deleting pay component(s).
