3463387 - Latest Applicant Workbench - You can’t configure the sysNewApplicant field because it is neither displayable nor filterable - Recruiting Management

When configuring Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration, an error is displayed: "You can’t configure the sysNewApplicant field because it is neither displayable nor filterable".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage Data.
2. In the 1st search field, select Recruiting User Personalization Object Configuration.
3. In the 2nd search field, select the available record of List Page Type: JOB APPLICATION.
4. Click Take Action > Make Correction.
5. Click Save.
6. An error is displayed: "You can’t configure the sysNewApplicant field because it is neither displayable nor filterable".

The field ID has been changed to sysApplicationReadStatus. This change has taken place since 1H 2024 release.

Please change the field ID sysNewApplicant to sysApplicationReadStatus. It is recommended to set the Displayable value to Yes.

This system field determines whether the "Unread" status is Displayable or Filterable. You must configure at least one of these properties to Yes.
