Symptom

When using the program RSIRPIRL to migrate table SOFFPHIO entries, some entries are not migrating due to date discrepancy.

Using T-code SE16n, Accessing table SOFFPHIO, double-clicking an entry reveals two columns displaying the "Created At" field: 'Value' and "Value Unconverted",

each with distinct timestamps. When utilizing the "Value" timestamp for migration, certain entries fail to migrate.
