When program RSIRPIRL is executed to migrate entries from table SOFFPHIO, certain entries are not migrated successfully.
The issue is related to a date discrepancy observed in the affected table records.
Using transaction SE16N to display table SOFFPHIO, it can be observed that when an entry is opened, two columns for the “Created At” field are displayed "Value" and "Value Unconverted" each containing different timestamps.
When the migration process relies on the timestamp value shown under the "Value" column, some entries fail to migrate.
