3463511 - Error Message "Enter missing Country/region code for employee <Worker ID>" Displayed During Manual Worker Creation In Manage Workforce

When creating workers manually in Manage Workforce, error message raised:

"Enter missing Country/region code for employee <Worker ID>"

The "Business Phone" field was maintained, meanwhile "Telephone Country / Region" field was left blank after pressing "Create" button in Manage Workforce.

Maintain the "Telephone Country / Region" field.

With SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2408 version the error message will be changed to a more defined message.
