3463613 - Employee ID is shown as blank when concurrent employment/secondary assignment record added to the user - CS2H2023

When concurrent employment/secondary assignment record is added to the user, Employee Id field is shown blank value. The same issue is observed for Rehire scenario as well.

1. In Admin Tools -> Company System and Logo Settings, the switch "Enable Centralised Services to Add Concurrent Employment on the Manager Self-Service UI (and Enable Configurable Concurrent Employment)" is enabled.
2. Make sure sync mapping is set up between Person ID External field in PersonInfo with the EmpID field in Employee Profile.
3. Navigate employee profile any of the user.
4. Take action > Add concurrent employment
5. Fill all the mandatory information
6. Click Submit and approve the workflow proxying as approver.
7.  Concurrent employment is created.
8. Download UDF and check Employee ID is blank or if Live user profile information is configured, we can see Employee ID field is blank.

Currently Realtime/Daily HRIS Sync for Add Concurrent Employment does not sync the personal info data as there is no change to personal info during Add Concurrent Employment.

• Engineering team has fixed this issue in 2411 release via request : ECT-234991.

Workaround:

> In Admin Tools -> Company System and Logo Settings, disable the switch "Enable Centralised Services to Add Concurrent Employment on the Manager Self-Service UI (and Enable Configurable Concurrent Employment)" in PRD system as this switch is universal in Preview system and cannot be disabled.

OR

>Run a Full HRIS Sync Job for the specific user or for all the users to reflect the changes.
