3463787 - Rest adapter with OAuth authentication getting messages in 'Delivering' status

Symptom

  • Connectivity on a Rest Adapter with Oauth authentication scenario is getting messages stuck in 'Delivering' status
  • However the Audit logs shows that Mapping is successful and Authorisation token is retrieving correctly from the Microsoft URL.
  • From the thread dumps the following can be observed:
    at com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.oauth.cache.OAuth20TokenCache.addToken(Ljava.lang.String;Lcom.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.oauth.cache.OAuth20CacheRecord;)V(OAuth20TokenCache.java:87)

        at com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.oauth.OAuth20ClientCredentialsProcessor.processFlow(Ljava.util.Map;)Ljava.lang.String;(OAuth20ClientCredentialsProcessor.java:200)
        at com.sap.aii.adapter.rest.ejb.channel.HTTPWrapper.getOAuthToken()V(HTTPWrapper.java:939)
        at com.sap.aii.adapter.rest.ejb.channel.HTTPWrapper.executeCall()V(HTTPWrapper.java:425)
