3463860 - 1H24 Release - New Offer Experience - Download Offer Button Doesn't Work for Online offer: "File wasn't available on site" - Recruiting Management

On online offer, the download button it is not working. Once that the candidate access the online offer, and click in "Download", it's possible to see an error: "File wasn't available on site". This is happening only with online offers since the release.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Initiate online offer for external candidate.
2. Click on link in offer letter to go to online offer as candidate.
3. Click Download Offer.
4. Error message received in browser "File wasn't available on site" and a pdf is not generated.

This is a system defect.

The engineering team is investigating this issue. This KBA will be update soon as we get an update about this defect.
