3463882 - Unified Data Model - Enhanced Private Posting Experience for UDM implementations

Symptom

From the 1H2024 release, there is an enhancement to the Private Posting Experience for Recruiting customers leveraging the Unified Data Model.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Resolution

Links to private postings resolve to Career Site Builder-enabled career sites that use the Unified Data Model to provide an updated search experience.

On the Job postings page of a job requisition, a new column, Languages, lets recruiters view the number of postings in different locales for each posting type: Internal, External, Internal Private, and External Private.

Note: A job requisition without a job title will be posted career site, but the default and locale-specific posting URLs will be unavailable, leading to errors.

This enhancement provides a branded career site application experience for a privately posted URL. Recruiters can now select the language-specific job posting URLs in addition to the default language posting URLs.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites:

  • Choose a role set up for administrators at User Permissions  Recruiting.
  • Configure role-based permissions for external and internal private postings in the job requisition XML Template. Ensure to configure the permissions together to make the private postings available on the career site.
  • Configure the job requisition XML template, choose Enable private postings of jobs in Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings.
