3463883 - Encode the space with %20 automatically when enter URL with space for application configuration in workzone

Symptom

You refer to document Add a URL App to Your Workpage in SAP Build Work Zone, advanced edition | SAP Tutorials to do the configuration. In step 2 "Create and configure a new app ", enter URL with space. Then you see the URL is encoded the space with %20 automatically. 

For example: https://aaa/Shared_Folder/Forms/ddd.aspx 
There is a space between Shared and Folder.
Then it will be encoded as URL: https://aaa/Shared%20Folder/Forms/ddd.aspx
