From the H1 2024 release the Instance Synchronization Tool is being deprecated. The help guide indicate that the Instance Synchronization Tool has reached the end of maintenance on 15 May, 2024 and will be deleted from 15 November, 2024 per TLS-29351 but customer is unable to search for the Instance Synchronization Tool in preview instance.
