3463908 - A valid organizational unit can not be selected when migrating Open Items Payable

You are facing an issue while migrating Open Items Payable using Accounting Transaction Data migration tool since you are unable to select and find Profit Center IDs using the Input Help.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Go to Overview View.
3. Search for the Activity 'Migration of Accounting Transaction Data' and click on it.
4. Click on 'Migrate accounting transaction data using the migration tool'.
5. Search for the respective Migration Units for Accounting Transaction Data.
6. Click on Execute Migration.
7. In the Migration Scope section, select the Migration Object 'Open Items Payable' and click on Process File.
8. Navigate to the step 'Convert Value' and you can see a task 'Edit Value Conversion for Profit Center ID' and click on 'Process Task'
9. The Profit Center ID 'X' number is with the status 'Conversion Required'.
10. Try to find the Profit Center ID using Input Help. The Profit Center ID 'X' is not found.

The Profit Center ID 'X' cannot be selected during the migration process because its validity period has ended in the previous year.

The system only displays Profit Centers that are currently valid.
