3463925 - Pay Increase Job failed without response for some employees but can be update via UI

• Why some users are not processed by the Pay Scale Pay Increase job run while they are part of the relevant dynamic group selected as employee group?
• We have executed a Pay Increase Job run for all employees in specific Legal Entities with the effective start date mm/DD/YYYY. For the majority of the group membership the job run was successful.  
  Few employees which are part of the dynamic group were not updated during the automatic job run. There is no result in the log file for these employees.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Manage pay increase.
2. Select a the relevant dynamic group as employee group.
3. Submit the job without selecting any value for pay scale type/area/group.
4. Observe that not all the employee from the dynamic are selected by the job as employees to be processed. 

The manage pay increases job is only selecting employees that have a pay scale level selected for the relevant time slice when compared to the job's date (value in field 'pay scale change from').

• Expected behaviour.Ensure that you have already created pay scale structures and assigned pay scales to your employees.
• The customer would need to ensure that the users do have a pay scale level selected for the relevant time slices/effective start date selected vs job info effective start date record. 

Pay scale increase job does not process all employees, some employees are not processed by the pay scale increase job. job failed without any error in job response. , KBA , LOD-SF-EC-CMP-PSC , Pay Scales - Obj Structure, Increases & Grade Step , Problem
