3463948 - Message "Your user does not have a BI license in this tenant..." after logging into SAC from SAC Excel Add-In

Symptom

After successfully logging into SAC tenant from SAC Excel Add-In, the following error message is displayed:
"Your user does not have a BI license in this tenant. Please check with your administrator or use an SAP Analytics Cloud tenant where you have a BI license. Note that you can’t continue to use the add-in without a BI license."
