3463965 - Issues while uploading images in Learning custom card and banner

Some admins are experiencing an error message saying "Failed to upload file" when they try to upload an image while creating a new custom card. Additionally, when attempting to upload an image while creating a Banner, the system gets stuck at the loading screen with the "three dots".

The permission "Company System and Logo Settings" within "Manage System Properties" RBP permissions in platform (BizX) is a requirement for the import of banners and images in custom cards.
Post 2H2024 Preview release, a new LMS permission needed which will replace the need for Platform RBP, see Enhancements to Banners in Learning Administration | SAP Help Portal; however both the Platform RBP & LMS permission should both be included as our teams enhance to only require the LMS permission in the future.

Both banners and custom cards are new features in the ILX and the image upload is required in creation of both of them.
These features leverage existing image upload functionality and the admin permission requirement is carried over from BizX image upload functionality.

The "Company System and Logo Settings" within "Manage System Properties" permissions in BizX is a requirement for the import of banners and images in custom cards.

In order to upload the images, the permission must be assigned to the user in question.

This permission can be assigned under "Manage System Properties" in the Manage Permission Roles page in BizX according to SAP Help page Updating a Permission Role.
