Symptom

'No SOA service name is defined for interface MX_SENDEDOC_REQUEST' error in eDocument Cockpit app.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In eDocument Cockpit app.
  2. Select related document.
  3. Go to > Application Log.

The error "'No SOA service name is defined for interface MX_SENDEDOC_REQUEST'" is displayed.

Cause

"No SOA service name is defined for interface MX_SENDEDOC_REQUEST" message refers to a faulty or missing configuration in the Communication Arrangements app.

Resolution

It is required to review the configurations in Communication Arrangement app accordantly to SAP API Document and Reporting Compliance: Electronic Documents for Mexico
