3464011 - V_T003-KURST defined is valid for amount in LC1 only

Symptom

Though the exchange rate type is defined in T-code: OBA7 for a document type like SA, it works correctly only for calculating the amount in Local Currency. It doesn't perform accurately for other types of currencies, such as group currency, among others. In such cases, the exchange rate type 'M' is still used.
