3464013 - Invoicing status changes to 'Partially Invoiced' when FSD with zero amount is cancelled in case of multiple FSDs

Symptom

  • In SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), multiple Freight Settlements (FSDs) are created for a Freight Order where one FSD has charges and other FSD has no charge
  • When FSD having zero charge is cancelled, Invoicing Status of Freight Order changes from Completely Invoiced to "Partially Invoiced"
