A Data Privacy Statement was configured for a certain Country/Region, but it was not displayed for the new hire from this Country/Region.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. A Data Privacy Statement was created with the type set as "Onboarding External", and the assigned Country/Region set as Mexico.

2. The onboarding was initiated for a new hire and the New Hire Data Review step was completed.

3. As the new hire logs in, the Data Privacy Statement for Mexico does not pop up.

The candidate's location does not match the Country/Region assigned to the Data Privacy Statement.

The Country/Region assigned to the Data Privacy Statement corresponds to the candidate's Organization Information > Organization Information > Location.

Please fill in a correct location for the candidate, and ensure that the location maintained in "Manage Organization, Pay, and Job Structures > location'' has a Country/Region that is also the same as the one assigned to the Data Privacy Statement.
