You are trying to reverse the Goods and Activity confirmation (GAC) having some Stock which has been allocated to a Project. However, in the Internal Logistics work center => Common Tasks => Display/Reverse Goods and Activity Confirmations screen, the Reverse Confirmation button is inactive, hence Confirmation cannot be reversed/cancelled.
