3464109 - Story Report Date Fields do not reflect the actual system data

You have a report that pull date fields and in the UI the data shows as some hours prior to what you expect to see but when you export it to CSV it shows as expected

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 2311
• SAP Analytics Cloud 

1. Go to SAP Analytics Cloud embedded in SuccessFactors tenant
2. Home > reporting > all reports > open the report
3. See the Start Date and End Date - the values are wrong
4. Export the report in csv format by clicking the 3 dots (with "all" scope selected) - see the right values
