3464117 - Account Information Not Recognized: Logon failed. Please make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group (FWB 00029)

Symptom

  • After promoting SAP users, receives the below error when login with SAP user-
  • Account Information Not Recognized: Logon failed. Please make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group (FWB 00029)
  • Issue is happening after the users were promoted from another environment.
  • To correct the issue, manually remove the SAP Alias from a user, and then re-imports it, and then it works fine, but issue if there are hundreds / thousands of users and can't do this for all of them.
