3464128 - Incorrect error request message for Date Format

When attempting to input date in Personal Information Documents Portlet or Work Permit Information Portlet in Bulgarian Locale, the error message requests an incorrect date format.

The system accepts "dd mmm YYYY" but rejects "dd/mm/YYYY", only allowing numerical input without slashes (ddmmyyyy = "дд/мм/гггг").

Users can still enter dates, but defect is the error message requests an unaccepted format.

SAP Success Factors Employee Profile 2311

1. Log in to instance.
2. Change language settings to Bulgarian.
3. Navigate to user X.
4. Navigate to Work Permit Information portlet.
5. Attempt to input date as ‘dd/mm/yyyy’, same issue is observed (see below)
   
   
   
   
6. Also attempted to change date format via Biographical Information portlet and same issue is observed:
   
   

This is currently pending a fix by our Engineering teams. The fix is scheduled for 2H2024. This KBA will be updated with more information as we receive it. 

Workaround: there is no issue using the calendar function or inputting via "dd mmm YYYY" format.
