The E-verify notification is being send to candidates that are not working in the company anymore.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
One of the possible causes is that the Onboarding/Offboarding of the candidate has not being done in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 application, this made it difficult for the application to determine that the candidate has been terminated.
Resolution
This is a known limitation of the Onboarding 1.0 product, but rest assured, it has been rectified in Onboarding.
It's also worth noting that manually conducting E-Verify for a user who hasn't been hired through Onboarding is not recommended as it can lead to tracking discrepancies.
