• User is looking for search option in the Geo Map chart in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• The goal is to enter any Latitude and Longitude in the search bar so that the location is spotted in the chart accordingly.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.2.21

1. Create a model/dataset with Latitude and Longitude data
2. Create location dimension by combining the Latitude and Longitude column
3. Create a story and place a Geo Map chart in the story based on the model
4. User unable to find the search option in the Geo Map chart.

• This is the expected behavior by design.
• The user can use filters in Geo Map as mentioned on the following page: Creating a Geo Map | SAP Help Portal. However, the Geo Map does not offer the search function.
