3464201 - How to Reject Contract Cancellation Request


The cancellation information was set at the item level of a Customer Contract, a task was created and you would like to know how to cancel/remove the task.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
  2. Select the Business Task Management work center.
  3. Search using the Contract ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Customer Contract).
  4. Subject: Automatic Cancellation of Contract Item ABC - 10.


In case the Cancellation Effective On Date has not reached, please perform the following: 

  1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
  2. Select the Contracts view.
  3. Search for ID ABC.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Navigate to the Items tab.
  6. Select item 10.
  7. Scroll down and remove the

This is will remove the cancellation information of the item and cancel the task.
