3464226 - System Dumps While Trying to use the Find Option in the Org Structures View

System dumps when the Find button is actioned in the Org Structures view.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Organizational Management workcenter
2. Go to Org Structures view
3. Select the date: DD/MM/YYYY
4. Select Find

Notice the system loads for a while and then dumps:

Please try resuming your work. If you still face issues, report an incident.

The issue is caused due to huge org structures resulting in performance issue.

Please follow the below alternative steps to find the Org Structures:

1. Go to Organizational Management workcenter
2. Go to Org Structures view
3. Select date
4. Select Go to Org Structures Button
5. Select Advanced hyperlink
6. Provide the Org Unit ID
7. Select Find
8. Choose OK
9. Now select Edit
10. Enter the Date: DD/MM/YYYY
11. Select Find, you will now be able to locate the Org Units.
