3464491 - RERAPP: GST line items created for transfer postings

Symptom

When processing periodic postings (transaction RERAPP) for a contract which is subject to GST taxes, it is observed that tax line items for GST are created for transfer postings.

This did not happen previously.

Additionally, processing errors may occur for the transfer postings due to the tax line items created.

This issue is observed especially after a system upgrade.
