3464522 - The "Display Solution Order" app is not visible as a tile and the Fiori ID displayed in the business catalog "SAP_S4CRM_BC_SOLN_ORD_DISP_PC" is different from that in the Fiori Apps Library

Symptom

The "Display Solution Order" app is not visible as a tile and the Fiori ID (WCF0014) displayed in the business catalog "SAP_S4CRM_BC_SOLN_ORD_DISP_PC" is different from that in the Fiori Apps Library (TBT172MOV).

Cause

The business catalog "SAP_S4CRM_BC_SOLN_ORD_DISP_PC" is for the purpose of displaying solution order. This business catalog does not have a tile that would be visible in the Fiori Launchpad. It comes with the following 2 applications which are basically navigation targets:

"Display Solution Order"
"Solution Order Progress"

The application "Display Solution Order" refers to the navigation to the WEBUI app/screen to display a solution order. The Fiori ID column within the business catalog is basically the transaction ID that was created for this navigation target. This ID won't be available in the Fiori Apps Library and would not have a tile, either.

This catalog is for the purpose when someone would like to navigate from other apps to solution order (instead of from the solution order tile). For example, navigate from service order to solution order via the smart links visible in the service order app. With the business catalog "SAP_S4CRM_BC_SOLN_ORD_DISP_PC", users won't be able to see the tile for solution order. It would just be possible to navigate to the WEBGUI screen or the solution order progress screen of the solution order app.

Resolution

To see the tile and have full access to the solution order app (create, edit, display), another catalog should be added, which is, SAP_S4CRM_BC_SOLN_ORD_PROC_PC (Solution - Solution Order Processing).
