3464601 - Continuous Feedback Error: Could not complete action of type HANDLE_CARD_ACTION in section undefined

Symptom

When attempting to send feedback from the home page via proxy, receive an error:

errorMessage=Service /rest/experience/cardservice/v1/cards/XX gave 403

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SuccessFactors
  2. Proxy as a user
  3. On the home page in the For You Today section, open a Feedback tile
  4. Populate the fields > Save
  5. Receive error

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch MS2405p1 which is May 21st in Preview and May 23rd in Production.

Workaround

Have the user process the request themselves.
