3464640 - Organizational Update cards displaying incorrectly after clicking Manage My Team quick action card

• After clicking on Manage My Team Quick action card you notice the Organizational Updates some card are not displaying correctly
• the icon of some Org Updates card are changing after clicking on Manage My Team Quick Action card

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. create a custom card with type small icon
2. proxy as a manager
3. see the card on Org Update section has the icon correctly showing
4. click on Manage My Team quick action 
5. see that the icon of the custom card is changing and not displaying correctly

• We are currently investigating this behavior, this is expected to be fix in next release 2H2024
• Please follow this KBA for further update

Workaround:
Refreshing the page brings back the correct icon
