3464663 - Error message "invalid entry in field" for customer field in RPM_DX* program

Symptom

When running program RPM_DX_ITEM to create or change a portfolio item, the program issues error message "invalid entry in field ..." for a customer field. This happens even though a valid value for the customer field has been maintained in the Excel sheet.

The same issue may occur when creating/changing another Portfolio Management object via programs RPM_DX_BUCKET, RPM_DX_INIATIVE, RPM_DX_PORTFOLIO.
