You found unwanted SQLDBC trace files being generated on database host (default file name: sqldbctrace-%p.prt. Here %p is a process id), and you tried to turn off the trace by running
hdbsqldbc_cons trace off
and you can see no active trace when you checked with
hdbsqldbc_cons show all
But new trace files are still appearing.
