3464709 - Incremental Load

When loading data there is a message, "The data query returns empty result set"

SAC data management 

 import data from external data source

The date for the increment “Created On”, is based on the latest row value in the when the incremental load was run. When this is initiated it brings over all the existing data. Thus, after the increment is set there is no new data to import. 

-Verify the right import method is in use. If update is in use, try append.
-Perform a manual refresh. The first refresh right after replacing or deleting the old incremental load filter will bring in the full set of data.
-Confirm a valid value is present for the incremental load filter after the manual refresh.

-create date is used outside the incremental process there are options for after/before and such. It might be that the project uses that setup also.
