3464718 - 'Revert to Legacy Goal Management' Status Shows 'Feature Disabled' in Upgrade Center

Processing the Revert to Legacy Goal Management shows a Feature Disabled status and the system has not been reverted to Legacy Goal Management.

NOTE: Based on data, this enhancement is removed from the 2405 release for Production environments for all customers. The enhancement remains in the Preview environment. The opt-out upgrade that was planned for Production will undergo further refinement and optimization. To help you understand the situation, consider this scenario:

If you have instances in both Preview and Production environments, your Preview instance should have been upgraded. However, this won't apply to your Production instance so you'll remain at your current version of Goal Management.
