Symptom

SAPRouter has stopped unintentionally. 

In "dev_rout" trace, the following error has been displayed:

*** ERROR => logfile 'D:\saprouter\saprouter.log' closed due to error (9)
 (9: Bad file descriptor) [nirout.cpp   10686]
Got soft-shutdown-request
Using new admin port '65000'
*** ERROR => Logon request after soft shutdown [nirout.cpp   3504]

no more clients, shutting down...
