S/4 HANA Public Cloud, comes with a pre-delivered and assigned operating chart of accounts (YCOA) that you cannot change. It's possible to maintain the YCOA, adding GL accounts and / or renumbering them, but not to assign your own created operating COA, like it's done in On-Premise.
