3464918 - Unable to Update CorsConfigurationProperty in Backoffice due to Character Length Limit

Symptom

Value of item type CorsConfigurationProperty can not be saved in Backoffice when it's greater than 255 characters, leading to a similar error to below one:

Logs similar to below one can be seen after reproducing the error:
