3465016 - FINSC_LEDGER returns message FINS_ACDOC_CUST321

Symptom

While creating a new ledger in FISNC_LEDGER, "segmentation valuation" is selected in field Valuation view. There are no values available for selection in field "valuation subtype" however the systems allows to save/create this ledger.

Once is saved, the valuation subtype will automatically assign value "*" and will trigger error every time you try to make changes in FINSC_LEDGER.
