3465061 - DumpAllThreads and permission denied - SAP IQ

DumpAllThreads has been configured in according KBA 2408572 but failed when generating the stacks due permission denied:

There are read/write permissions on directory "$IQDIR16/logfiles"and on server’s current working directory (Server startup directory/the same directory with .db file).

This is a SIMPLEX environment and there is only one IQ server running on this machine.
