3465117 - Error "Different convers. factor between base and sales UoM not allowed" during delivery activation/rejection - S/4HANA Cloud

Outbound delivery request is blocked with error message "Item &1: Different convers. factor between base and sales UoM not allowed" (/SCWM/DELIVERY514) and the delivery is not able to Activated or Rejected.

 The conversion factors between the base and sales unit of measures are different in ERP and EWM.

In the ECC system, open the Outbound Delivery request in the Display Outbound Delivery (VL03N) APP, double-click on the material, and check the conversion maintained in the "Picking" tab. 

In the Display Material APP, consult the master data for the blocked material in EWM, in the "Basic Data 1" tab and access the "Additional Data" button, in the "Units of measure" tab, check the conversion maintained for the material. 

The UoM conversion maintained in the Display Material APP differs from the conversion maintained in the Outbound Delivery, to activate your delivery in EWM, first, the UoM must be adjusted in the Display Material APP to match the conversion maintained in the Outbound Delivery/Sales order.
