3465169 - "Include Contingent Workers" Checkbox Not Available in Latest Org Chart

Symptom

"Include Contingent Workers" not available in the latest org chart.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2405

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance. 
  2. Go to Org Chart. 
  3. Check the "Eye" icon to expand the filters for viewing Org Chart. 
  4. "Include Contingent Workers" checkbox is not there. 

Cause

As per this helpguide, Latest Org Chart, the comparison of what the Legacy Org Chart and what the Latest Org Chart can do - 'Hide Contingent Workers' is not supported in the latest Org Chart. 

Resolution

Through SAP documentation, this is listed as expected behavior. However, if you wish to still avail of this option, you can revert back to the Legacy Org Chart by disabling the latest Org Chart for the instance through using the following:

  1. Go to Admin Center. 
  2. Head over to Company System and Logo Settings. 
  3. Search for Enable the Latest Org Chart and uncheck it to access the Legacy Org Chart.
