When a new default step user is not assigned in SJOBREPO_STEPUSER (Technical Job Repository), the user SAP_SYSTEM is used as step user for all jobs in SJOBREPO.
If SAP_SYSTEM is locked or does not exist, DDIC is used as the default step user.
Why does DDIC (a DIALOG type user) is used even if in SAP Note 2190119 it is mentioned that the type of user should be SYSTEM when selecting a default step user for the Technical Job Repository?
