3465207 - Save button is not working for Inventory Clerk persona during goods receipt of an inbound delivery

Symptom

In SAP Service and Asset Manager (Inventory Persona) during goods receipt of an inbound delivery, the Save Button is not returning a success or error message to post back to S/4HANA. Upon further troubleshooting, one of the parameters (MaterialPlant_Nav) is not resolved and is causing the error.
